Heat-not-burn products, also known as heated tobacco products, only heat tobacco.
The heating process generates a flavorful nicotine-containing vapor. And since the tobacco does not burn, the levels of harmful chemicals are significantly reduced compared to cigarette smoke.
How do non-combusted cigarettes work?
There are two types of non-combusted cigarettes currently allowed to be sold in the U.S. One product type, which has been on the U.S. market at various times since the 1990s, uses a carbon tip wrapped in glass fibers. The user lights the carbon tip, which heats the dried tobacco inside to a temperature that does not cause the product to create ash or burn down in size.
Another non-combusted cigarette that recently obtained FDA authorization in April 2019 consists of an electronic heating device and sticks made from dried tobacco wrapped in paper. The user places the stick into the electronic heating device, which pierces the stick with a glass-covered ceramic blade that heats the tobacco, creating an aerosol.

Cigarette Tipping Paper (in white or yellow 32-39 gsm paper), can be made with perforation to reduce tar and nicotine intake. Using micro technology and the CO2 electrostatic laser perforation produce guaranteed high quality cigarette tipping paper.
Cigarette Tipping Paper is often added with sweeteners, flavorings with special lip-release coating so the tipping paper cannot easily be torn. For exclusive appearance, it can also be added with special pearlescent ink to the printing (logo or letter) as well as enhanced with hot stamping foils.
Proportionality Function
Good paper is the basic requirements of paper level, uniform and very low coefficient of fluctuation. If there is a hole in the tipping paper, it will cause the printing coating roller or glue to leak. So there can't be obvious loopholes.Tipping base paper production banner quantity difference can make the production quality uneven and cause the factory splicer quantity cannot work normally. If the number is too large, it is easy to flanged, fall off, and the cavity is uneven.
