During the packaging operation, the surface of the film is very easy to generate static electricity due to friction, which not only affects the appearance and transparency of the film, but can even cause fire. Although in principle, static electricity can be prevented by adding static dispersant and surface static elimination, the most suitable method is to coat the surface of the film with an anti-static agent. The surface resistance of PVC cellophane can be reduced from 1013Ω by this method. To 108Ω. The heat-seal coating is carried out after the anti-static treatment. The purpose is to make the PVC cellophane not produce aesthetic shrinkage during heat-sealing packaging. It is to coat the PVC cellophane base film with a layer that can be lower than the rigid Heat-sealing material for the shrinkage temperature of PVC film. Commonly used such heat-sealing materials are copolymer resins of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, which have the advantages of reducing the heat-sealing temperature of PVC cellophane to 95~120℃. It does not cause shrinkage; it can improve the weather resistance, chemical resistance, gas barrier and fragrance retention and gloss of PVC cellophane; the price is lower.
