1.Stay at home and wash your hands
It is better to stay at home, and wash your hands promptly and properly after touching elevator buttons or using cash. Do not touch your nose or mouth or rub your eyes before washing your hands. Keep away use phone while eating. And pay attention to indoor ventilation.
2.When you have to go out buy food or something
The mask should be adjusted to fit your face shape to prevent the spread of droplets. Gloves can reduce the risk of exposure to germs when we go get packages, in the elevator, or public transportation.
3.Clean the house frequently
Wipe objects with alcohol every day, and use disinfectant to mop the ground, which can kill part of the virus in the room.
4.Cover your coughs and sneezes with tissue
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, avoid covering with your hands directly.
5.Strengthen your immune system and exercise regularly
You can do some yoga or some training exercise at home. Make sure that shared spaces have good air flow.
Eat thoroughly cooked meat and eggs. Avoid contact with wild animals or farmed livestock without any protection.
